Returns/refunds
Here at Dishotay we wish to provide the best service possible, if however you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased it can be returned to us, providing it is no more than 10
days since you received the goods. You will receive a refund for packets of loose tea or coffee that have not been opened, and for accessories that are in a saleable condition. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us.
Damaged/faulty goods
If goods are damaged,faulty or you have received goods that you have not ordered, we will provide you with a full refund or replacement provided you notify us within 28 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us via email sales@dishotay.co.uk or telephone us 01736 367497
